Much progress on my motivational speech was realized yesterday. I’m going to work on it more today as well. The immediate goal is to expand the previously 15 minute speech to a solid 30 minute version by the end of this week. Then the next step is to have a 45 minute to 60 minute version. I actually have all the elements and content for the longer versions but it’s a matter of deciding which parts to include for now. The entire speech will be modular so I can modify its presentation time at will be removing or adding modules. The trick is to make each module transition well into the next one no matter what length the version is.
