As a motivational speaker, I was the keynote speaker at the City of Mississauga’s Works and Transit division meeting today. I did a 40 minute version of my signature motivational speech and it was very well received. We had an arrangement with the city that all attendees of this meeting received a free copy of my book, “The Life Champion In You“. Even more touching was that two separate people came up to me afterwards and told me that they had relatives who committed suicide so they were instantly able to related to my own trajedy. It was a moment of hope for them. One even took an extra book to give to a 12 year old relative whose father had committed suicide. I hope this kid does read the book since it will be a real eye opener for him.
