Motivational Sayings
Here are the motivational sayings that I posted on my Motivation Facebook page for week 4 of this month.
“Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young.” ~ Henry Ford
“Attitude is greatly shaped by influence and association” – Jim Rohn
“We all made mistakes. It’s how we come back from the mistakes that matters” ~ Tom Welling
“A person, who never made a mistake, never tried anything new” ~ Albert Einstein
”Failure is a detour, not a dead-end street.” – Zig Ziglar
I think Henry Ford hit it right on the nail with his words about continuing to learn no matter what your age. Learning is a great antidote to aging. I also really like Zig Ziglar’s about failure as it reminds us that in life, it’s okay to fail at things and our response will determine the outcome rather than having the failure as the outcome itself. Here are some more of the motivational sayings that were posted during the week.
“Shallow men believe in luck. Strong men believe in cause and effect.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
”One person with a belief is equal to ninety-nine who have only interests.” ~ John Stuart Mill
“It is in the moments of decision, that your destiny is shaped.” – Tony Robbins
“From a worldly point of view, there is no mistake so great as that of always being right.” – Samuel Butler
“Make failure your teacher, not your undertaker.” ~ Zig Ziglar
Zig Ziglar did it again with another profound quote above that also has connection to failures. Failures are experiences to be learned from, that’s all.
