The one above by Ruth Gordon from the inspirational quotes about life is very interesting. I’ve always seen various quotations about how we should use our minds and brains as if they were muscles or else risk losing them. But I have never seen this type of analogy related to a characteristic like courage before. So I think that this is definitely a worthy quote to keep in mind. The one above by Jill Vialet is quite profound. It suggests that if we really try hard enough, we can all turn our passions into meaningful careers. Our jobs will no longer be considered as just work. I think this is something that many of us strive for but at the same time, I also think that the vast majority of people out there do not even think this is possible.
I’ve had a taste of this concept workable in real life both as a motivational speaker as well as a ski instructor. I love doing both speaking and skiing. Whenever I have opportunities to work in these areas and get paid, the stage and the ski slopes become my office.
The work actually does become much like play unlike your typical indoor office job. Of course the trick is to do more of this so that eventually, most if not all of my work is much like play.
