Yesterday, I was quite pleased with my progress in expanding my motivational speech. I worked out the extra elements to be added into the current 15 minute version. When I roughly timed all the new additions, the total speech would be over 40 minutes so far. This is quite conservative too since any additional interaction with the audience will easily length that. So my aim for a 30 minute keynote will certainly be reached with a possibility of already having enough material for a 45 to 60 minute version.
