After my inspirational speech last night in a small town about an hour from Toronto, one man came up to me and thanked me for my presentation as it gave him the confidence to move on after he lost an organization’s district election. I told him that failures are really learning experiences rather than total true failures that are often regarded as negatives. I’m glad that I made some impact on him and it’s one of the reasons why I do inspirational speeches as often as I could.
