Effective Self Defense Seminar – Wasaga Beach

This is an intensive (in terms of amount of knowledge content) seminar on the most effective and practical self defense techniques to cover different situations such as being grabbed and choked from different angles (front, side, back).  We even cover situations when you are on the ground or seated.  They are compiled from the best of what I learned over my entire martial arts career that now spans over 50 years.

I have taught this self defense seminar to hundreds of people at companies, colleges/universities and organizations over many years and now we’ll make it available in the Collingwood/Wasaga Beach areas.  It will run between 2.5 to 3 hours and we’ll set a maximum number of participants at ten per seminar to allow me to oversee the progress that each person makes.

Each participant will also be able to download a video program that covers everything we introduce during the seminar for free.  This will be a useful home reference material so that you will always have access to the knowledge anytime after the seminar.

This seminar will start early at 8:30 am (please arrive early by 8:15 to get organized). We have a LOT of material to cover so we must start on time.  Also we want to try and beat the summer heat if possible.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.

Our seminar date is July 7 Sunday at 8:30 am with July 14 as our backup date in case of wet weather cancellation.  The location will be at the small park beside the RecPlex parking lot at 1724 Mosley St in Wasaga Beach.
