Saw the rerun of the TV show ‘The Office’ and it’s episode ‘Diversity Day’. It was a spoof on diversity training in the workplace. I just hope that companies out there do not run their workplace diversity training like that in real life. A good workplace diversity speaker program will help people see the true benefits of having a diverse environment.
