One of the things that I’m learning at a recent US college conference is that diversity is a big issue on many campuses. Students from different backgrounds are still staying segregated by their own choices. Therefore, I will make sure that diversity barriers will be addressed with some practical solutions during my speaking program for colleges on diversity.
