Since many college and university students these days are often worried about how to find their first big career jobs when they graduate, I’ve decided to enhance my college diversity program “Kick Down Diversity Barriers For Success” by adding a special job hunting component.
I will be covering great tips on how graduating students can land their first jobs in their chosen careers especially in this new diverse working environment. I will talk about resumes, job interviews and networking with diversity skills in mind in order to maximize chances of employment. This will help college students who won’t be graduating yet as well as they can use these same diversity skills in their job hunts for appropriate summer or part time employment. I was a hiring manager for a pharmaceutical company so I certainly saw my share of resumes and diversity so I have some great tips to offer.
