Chinese Kung Fu Martial Arts Video
In all the years I’ve been training in martial arts, I’ve never released a video on my Chinese kung fu martial arts forms. Most of the focus on my publicly released martial arts videos has been on my various karate weapons forms.
During my competition career, I was one of the few competitors who competed in different martial arts styles including Chinese styles known as ‘soft styles’ because of the more flowing techniques compared to the more linear ones in ‘hard styles’ like karate and tae kwon do. A significant number of my championship wins were in the Chinese forms divisions utilizing my kung fu forms.
I decided to finally put the latest version of my Chinese kung fu martial arts form on video. As you will see, I wear a completely different uniform than the one I use in my karate bo staff video. The techniques in Chinese kung fu forms are very different and much more complex compared to their karate and tae kwon do counterparts.
Here is the video featuring my Chinese kung fu martial arts form for the very first time!
Practical Self Defense Not Fancy
In complete contrast to what you see in this video, practical self defense techniques are not fancy at all. There are no high kicks and complicated hand moves like you see in my Chinese kung fu form.
Instead, I teach only the easiest and most effective techniques for self defense purposes in my seminars as well as in my video DVD called Effective Self Defense With Karate World Champion Clint Cora. See this link for more information about the self defense I teach.
