Unlike most diversity speakers, I utilize martial arts elements in my talks. Here is a campus showcase video clip that shows how I tie in university campus diversity with my martial arts weapon, the bo staff. Of course, since the bo staff is my top martial arts weapon to use in competition, I physically demonstrate some of the moves on stage with this weapon which audiences tend to really like.
