These are the REALITIES of recession and I think most of us have become a bit POORER as a result, especially when we look at our monthly investment account statements 🙁
As you probably know, I’m NOT one to sit idle as I’m an extreme action taker. I’ve gone to great lengths to educating myself through seminars and networking to learn about ways to get through all the financial mess.
Now Active Real Estate Investor
I’ve had it with those low DISMAL returns on mutual funds. And true to form, I’ve expanded yet more personal comfort zones to APPLY what I’ve learned and have become an active real estate investor.
By mid-summer of 2012, I became owner of SIX PROPERTIES and I’m still ACTIVELY acquiring more. I’ll likely end up with seven to eight properties by year end. Despite the relatively tough financial times the world is experiencing, I’ve positioned myself well towards ACHIEVING financial freedom.

Since I like to help others by sharing knowledge, I’ve decided to produce another 3-PART VIDEO SERIES based on a new keynote presentation called ‘The Sensible Way To Financial Freedom‘ (yes, this one is available for live audiences if you plan meetings) .
It is filled with useful TACTICS to get you on your way from just scraping by to a HEALTHY FINANCIAL POSITION and hopefully achieve financial freedom in the future. Of course, this is yet another FREE video series provided for my loyal readers and viewers.
Get ready for LOTS of numbers though since I go into much DETAIL especially where I show WHY I got out of standard investments like mutual funds to become a real estate investor instead. I am providing a lot of quality educational content here for you IF you are willing to go through these videos with all of your attention.
I realize that personal finance might not be everyone’s favourite topic but since so many people have been affected by the recession, I thought that I would at least SHARE what I’ve learned with others through this 3-PART ACHIEVING FINANCIAL FREEDOM VIDEO SERIES.
Unlike my 3-Part Personal Development Video Series, I’m releasing ALL THREE of these financial freedom videos at once. One reason for this is that each video of my new 3-part video series on achieving financial freedom is a lot shorter than the ones from my personal development series. But do TAKE YOUR TIME with them, especially Video 3 of the financial freedom series since there are lots of figures to go through in the examples.
And in case you are wondering, I do NOT have any books or CDs related to this field to sell. I’m only sharing what I hope to be useful educational content to benefit my loyal readers and viewers.
