Total Body Stretch Class – Collingwood (Weather Permitting)

Once again we will be running our popular Total Body Stretch classes.  This 45 minute session suitable for all levels will stretch every muscle in your body from head down to feet.  These stretches are developed from gymnastics, martial arts, dance, yoga and physiotherapy as they go beyond just simple stretching that folks do for just warmups.  The movements we do in Total Body Stretch will increase your flexibility over time more effectively than from any one discipline alone. These are the same stretches that I have used throughout my entire martial arts and fitness career as they continue to help me maintain my flexibility long after my retirement from martial arts competition.

This is a free class with optional tips much appreciated.  For your comfort, bring a yoga or exercise mat or even a towel.  This session will start at 5:30 pm to allow those who finish work at 5 pm to get to our location and is weather permitting.  If the weather does not look like it will cooperate, we will try to reschedule to another evening so keep monitoring the comments below as well as any date changes here on the events section.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For today’s session, we will run our Total Body Stretch class at the field behind McDonald’s in Collingwood.
